Staten Island Service Center From the Verrazano Bridge, take the Staten Island Expressway west to Exit 6 for South Avenue. Turn left at the first light onto South Avenue. Follow South Avenue approximately seven-tenths of a mile and turn right at 1150 South Avenue. Continue to the rear parking lot. From the Goethals Bridge, take Exit 4 to merge onto Forest Avenue. Turn left at Meeker Avenue, and continue straight onto Forest Avenue. At the traffic light, make a right onto South Avenue. Follow South Avenue approximately seven-tenths of a mile and turn right at 1150 South Avenue. Continue to the rear parking lot. From the Outerbridge Crossing, take the West Shore Expressway north to Exit 9 for Glen Street. After the stop sign, cross Glen Street and enter the parking lot for 1150 South Avenue. The service center is directly ahead. Nanuet Service Center The Nanuet Service Center is located on Route 59 West in Rockland Plaza in Nanuet. From I-287 eastbound, take Exit 14 toward Nanuet/Spring Valley. Go to the first traffic light, and turn left onto Route 59 West. The Service Center is located in the Rockland Plaza mall on your left hand side, approximately half a mile down the road. From I-287 westbound, take Exit 13 South for Palisades Parkway. Stay in the right lane. Take Exit 8W toward Spring Valley and merge onto Route 59. The Service Center will be in the Rockland Plaza mall on your right, a little over a mile down the road. From the Palisades Interstate Parkway, take Exit 8 West toward Spring Valley and merge onto Route 59. The Service Center will be in the Rockland Plaza mall on your right, a little over a mile down the road. Queens Service Center The Queens Service Center is located at 19-02 Whitestone Expressway. Take the 20th Avenue exit from the Whitestone Expressway. The Service Center is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of 20th Avenue and the Whitestone Expressway across from the Post Office. Yonkers Service Center The Yonkers Service Center is located at 730 McLean Avenue. From the Major Deegan Expressway, take the McLean Avenue exit. Turn east onto McLean Avenue. The service center is located less than one-half of a mile from the exit on the left-hand side of McLean Avenue. Albany Service Center The Albany Service Center is located in Executive Park, behind Stuyvesant Plaza, off Western Avenue. From the New York State Thruway, take Exit 24. Then use the Western Avenue/Route 20 turnoff as soon as you leave the toll plaza. At the first traffic light, make a left turn onto Western Avenue. Pass through one set of lights. Then, at the next traffic light, take a left onto Fuller Road. Turn left at the first light which is the entrance to Executive Park. The Service Center is located in the second building on the right, on the second floor. Grand Island Service Center The Grand Island Service Center is located at 2293 Grand Island Boulevard in the Town Hall Square. From Buffalo, take I-190 North to Exit 18-A. Bear right onto Grand Island Boulevard when exiting. The service center will be on the right. From Niagara Falls, take I-190 South to Exit 19. Turn left onto Whitehaven Road, then a left onto Baseline Road and a sharp right onto Grand Island Boulevard. The service center will be on the left. Syracuse Service Center The Syracuse Service Center is located in the Lakeshore Drive-in Plaza. From the New York State Thruway, take Exit 37, make a left onto Electronics Parkway, at the light at the end of the road make a right onto Old Liverpool Road.
