Can I add, update or delete vehicles on my account?
Yes. Login to your account and go to Vehicle/Tag Maintenance, Vehicle Maintenance.
Can I report my tag lost or stolen?
Yes. Login to your account and go to Vehicle/Tag Maintenance, Report Lost/Stolen. You will be charged a lost/stolen tag fee.
Can I request an additional tag?
Yes. Login to your account and go to Vehicle/Tag Maintenance, Request Additional Tags.
What are the new tag fees and when will they go in effect?
The new tag fees for a tag reported lost/stolen/damaged:
  • Interior tags $16.00
  • Exterior tags $22.00

What is the difference between the tag I have and the new style tag? 
The new style ivory interior tag is a smaller version of the current interior tag and has the same life expectancy.  The only difference is the size; it is smaller. It has the exact same functionality as the other model currently in use. The mounting position is also the same.
Who will receive these new style tags?
The new ivory interior tag will be issued once the inventory of the existing model is exhausted.
Will the smaller new style tag work with my current holder?
The smaller tags utilize the same approved strips that were supplied with previous tags.  Other third party tag holders are not supplied by E-ZPass.
When a lost/stolen tag is returned what amount will I be credited?
The customer will be credited the same amount previously assessed for the lost/stolen/damaged tag.
